Meaning that I am a trained massage therapist and I use advanced swedish techniques and use from feather light pressure (upon request only) to very deep pressure (upon request only). The amount of pressure I use as default is typically described as firm...not too light, not too deep. I really do try to listen to your body and adjust pressure as I go along to all areas of your body. My massage always allows 15 minutes at the end of each session for a special ending. If you feel you will need more time than this, please let me know at the beginning of your session. I will also want to know some information about what your body needs the most tension reduction, so check in with your body before you get here! : ) This info will help me tailor your massage specifically to suite your bodies needs.
